Welcome to LacesTied:  a Fitness Community.  A site that gives everyone with a passion for fitness the power to connect, upload pictures, post their favorite music, share ideas, look for new ideas, and just HAVE FUN! 

As a marathon runner and coach I wanted to create a place where people could come together and share their ups and downs, their victories and setbacks, their trials and tribulations. That’s when I came up with LacesTied:  A Fitness Community.  

As with most people just starting out with a fitness program we are very excited about the future of LacesTied.com. We know we have a lot to learn and a bit of work to do to get the site in the best shape, but we also believe in the fitness community and look forward to growing with all of you.

Join the community of individuals from all walks of life; coaches and experts, people just starting out and those that have been active for a lifetime, athletes and amateurs. Whoever you are, you are welcome. With support, guidance and a lot of fun, great things will happen.  Thank you for connecting.
